Service 01 — Therapy Web Design
Therapy Website Design
A website designed around how people actually choose a therapist calm, clear, and easy to act on.
The Problem
The barrier.
Most therapy websites are built from a generic template that was never designed for a clinical practice. The result looks acceptable but quietly costs you inquiries.
- Visitors can't tell within five seconds who you help or what you treat.
- Credentials, fees, and session format are buried on a page nobody reaches.
- The booking step is a plain contact form at the very bottom of the homepage.
- The tone feels either clinical and cold or generic and stocky — neither builds trust.
The Solution
The clarity.
I design therapy websites around one job: helping the right person feel confident enough to take the first step.
- A homepage structured around who you help, what a session looks like, and how to start.
- Trust signals — licensure, approach, fees, session format — placed where people are deciding.
- Plain-language service pages that read like you talk, not like a directory listing.
- A booking pathway that is never more than two taps away from any screen.

My Process
A structured journey.
01
Discover
We talk through your practice, specialties, ideal client, and what you want the website to do.
02
Structure
I map the pages, content hierarchy, and conversion points before any visual design begins.
03
Design
I design mobile-first, then scale up — with a visual identity that matches your practice.
04
Build & Launch
I build responsively, connect your booking tool, test everything, and launch.
My Process
Features & deliverables.
Mobile-First Layouts
Designed on the smallest screen first and tested down to 320px.
Trust Modules
Reusable sections for credentials, approach, fees, and session format.
SEO-Ready Structure
Clean heading hierarchy, metadata, and internal links from day one.
Accessible Typography
AA contrast and comfortable reading sizes across every breakpoint.
Two-Tap Booking
A persistent booking path from every service section.
Editable Content
Structured so you can update copy without touching the design.
My Process
Proven impact.
How long does a therapy website take?
Most single-practitioner websites take three to five weeks from discovery to launch, depending on how quickly content and photography come together.
Do I need to write all the content?
No. I give you a structured content outline for every page and shape what you send into clear, plain-language copy.
Can you work with my existing branding?
Yes. If you already have a logo and palette, I design within it. If not, I can build a light visual identity as part of the project.
Is the site HIPAA-safe?
The website itself does not collect clinical information. Intake and scheduling stay inside your compliant platform, and I link or embed it correctly.
